Luis Felipe Salin Monteiro is a server analyst in Planning and Budget and, as Secretary of Information Technology and Communication, he has the challenge of realizing the digital transformation of the federal government, promoting the supply and quality of public services to the Brazilian citizen.
Previously, as Director of Modernization, he initiated the innovation movement in the public sector, with the creation of the InovaGov Network. He holds a master’s degree in information technology management from Universidade Católica de Brasília and from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, and he took the Computer Science course from the Federal University of Santa Maria.
When working for the government, he was the director of the Department of People Management Systems and has also coordinated the Ministry of Communications IT, working with modernization and information technology projects.
